Rockie Bull: Allstate Insurance

Would not cover hail damage to roof. Had three roofing companies and two builders come out to verify hail. And still would not cover it. Called Rockie to get some info he talked very hasty towards me and never answered again we I had to call back several times due to him not getting back in touch with me. Wish I could give it 0 stars

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE ALLSTATE. Between the agent and actual call center i get 2 different responses about getting reimbursed for Roadside assistance that im supposed to have on my policy already then had nobody to unlock my car so i had to pay out of pocket for a locksmith. Now they dont have record of 1 out of 2 claims, my money at one point was supposed to be refunded in 24 hrs then 3 to 4 days now 7 to 10 days. I was supposed to have calls returned answering questions about the roadside assistance app claiming my benefits camt be accessed. Horrible absolutely deplorable i will not ever reccomend and will cancel this asap. 2 different responses to my problem and no solution. Highly dont reccomend and if you do DONT GET ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ON YOUR POLICY BEWARE! Sadly i have to put 1 st

Changed our coverage without our knowing. Covered an accident 20 months ago but made a change to our policy 11 months ago without informing us. Then another accident 2 weekends ago. Sorry but your claim is DENIED! Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere. Sneaky business practices.
