Rock 10 Insurance

We are a General contractor looking for workers compensation insurance for our construction company . We talked with Chris Lavin the representative for Rock 10 insurance to obtain quotes for our workers compensation insurance needs . He asked us for a previous quote from another insurance company and we sent this to him, He obtained a quote that we thought was accurate until the insurance company did an audit . The insurance company ended up charging our company almost three times the amount of the original quote since the reported income was more than he had quoted .But that was not the only problem he failed to get an accurate estimate of wages from our payroll . We usually obtain this from ADP our payroll processor when they ask for it . He never did ask for it or due his due diligence

It is a very simple claim, but it has been two months since all the repair work are done and I am still not receiving any reimbursement.
