Robin (Rob) Grund: Allstate Insurance

We have been using him for years. My parents used to use him. I am currently with him. He answers his emails quickly and returns phone calls in a timely fashion. He is detailed oriented. Always follows up. I highly recommend him.

Got me to sign up with a lower price than my current insurance. But DOUBLED the price after a year. Most minor fender bender (someone bumped us from behind in a parking lot). It was clearly their fault, even the other driver knew it. Allstate did not have my back, deems that it was 100% our fault and would not cover anything. I could say more, but the fact is, I feel completely cheated.
