Roberts Insurance of Middleburg

Received excellent service from Olivia in the Middleburg office. Would recommend these folks to anyone.

The worst experience. I was told one time I had to get a permit for a home repair. I questioned it. I could find no contractor that would pull a permit. I finally found a contractor that pulled a permit for a window replacement and some water damaged wood around a window. When I called Roberts again to ask a question, I was told that a permit was not needed. Could get nothing in writing from them. Like I dreamed up the permit thing. So here I am waiting for an inspection that I probably did not need In the first place.

I called to get an affordable quote after purchasing a new vehicle. The insurance company I had been with quoted an outrageous amount so I needed help finding a policy for mine and my husbands vehicles. Olivia worked closely with me to find a policy for us that was within our budget and significantly less money than our other policy. She was very professional, friendly, and efficient. She even sent us a letter thanking us for our business and with it we received complimentary ID card holders for our vehicles. I’m extremely likely to ask for Olivia’s help again if the need arises and I have already recommended a few family members to Roberts Insurance.

HUGE shout out to all of the ladies in the Middleburg office of Roberts Insurance/ George Roberts Insurance They have worked hard and done an amazing job for us letting all of our insurance in one place. From Liability, Workers Comp, Auto, Life ins and our Travel Trailer. You all are amazing! Great customer service and handled all of my questions so quickly. We highly recommend them!

I like dealing with fellow small business owners and every employee working in this office are outstanding. Very friendly and super helpful every time we have been in.
