Excellent company. I have been with Robert Zagami Insurance for over 10 years. Customer service is excellent and I always know I have proper coverage if anything were to happen.

Bait And Switch.. ┻⁠┻⁠︵⁠¯⁠\⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠/⁠¯⁠︵⁠┻⁠┻ Less than truthful about my monthly bill and policy premium total cost. Without warning my policy was raised almost $400. They didn't care that I was healing from major surgery and couldn't come into the office to discuss the discrepancy. The boss told me they only gave me an estimate not a comparable quote as I requested and then repeatedly said that he doesn't care about my pain and I should look up the word compulsory, then hung up on me while shouting get a new agent. I plan to. After paying my first bill my second bill increased again. I spoke with the customer service department from the insurance company my agent is supposed to represent with integrity and found out I was charged a fee for paying my bill last month without direct depos

The only reason I gave 2 stars because Paul is very kind and professional. But this was the worst mistake I made , it cost me $6300, to insure a 2007 Toyota with 365,000 thousand miles , that if I even tried to sell this car I couldn't even sell it for a grand !!!!!! I will junk it and get $500!! First twice I came in and paid cash and it never was posted until I made a huge big deal about it, then I got yelled at by the eldest brother and he told me they weren't a bank !!!!! Because they posted a payment for me almost a month late , and they wouldn't take the blame even though it was their fault !!! Also who pays 500 a month for car insurance and after a year of misery of course I will not do another year with u !!!! You all were not just with me, you thought about yourself only !! DO Y

Everyone is very helpful. I usually work with Anne and she gets back to me promptly and clearly explains different options available in the insurance arena.
