I was a customer for many years. Unfortunately i had to cancel my policy. The agent who is the business owner doesn’t know what he is doing. he made many mistakes and constantly forgets to follow up. not only doesn’t he not follow up but always has his staff Jennifer to pick up all his slack , she is very helpful and professional and has always been there when I needed questions answered. Also, I have heard him be unprofessional when i had made calls to make payments or ask simple questions. He mistreats his staff. I hope people see this review.That’s why i took my business elsewhere to another farmers agent. I don’t even know how he is still in business.

Does not answer calls or messages. Does not find the best coverage for customers. Double the price compared to other insurance agencies.
