I have been using this agency since i moved to NY state for home and auto insurance. Recently there was a change to the amount of people on my auto policy. My new policy should have been deducted from the original payment and a refund check would be issued to me. This was confirmed on the phone with Norah, that I would receive the refund and I would own no further payments. She instead used the original payment to pay for the person removed and sent them the refund check. This error can happen and you would think they wanted to correct it. However, Norah got very defensive suggested I tried getting the money from the person she wrongly sent it to. When I said that was not possible she suggested I get the help of a lawyer and insisted it was now my problem. I asked to speak with the owner

The Moravia office managed to get me an enormous reduction on what I was paying! Exceptional service all the way through :)
