Not only did she walk me through everything thoroughly to get my insurance quote for me and my husband, but the outcome was amazing. Our other company was charging us double on both compared to State Farm and the customer service at the State Farm office is unmatched. I enjoyed every phone call, it felt like a friend calling, she was so informative, helping me understand everything, and was super patient with me when asking questions. Just wanted to take a moment and leave a review about this company. My wife and I recently moved to TN and had the hardest time swapping over our out of state insurance. Then I was able to get ahold of Michelle, her patience, customer service and quick ability to get us the proper coverage was everything we hoped for. As someone who has multiple policies, this is by FAR the best agent I have had in a long, long time. I would 100% recommend Michelle to anyone out there who needs great coverage and even better customer service.
