in search of lower auto insurance I was contacted via email by Kristine of Rob Gleason Ins. Agency representing State Farm. The incredible thing about our complete communications is that it was all done, start to finish via email. Kristine provided knowledgeable info and verified that the coverage I currently had would be the same in any new policy from State Farm. We went over costs and all discounts that would be applicable including current home ins with State Farm. All documents discussed were received in timely fashion, so I'm a happy camper with the results most especially and astonishingly so the lowering of cost for the very same coverage. Dan C
Kristine is an excellent insurance agent and so glad I connected with her and this State Farm Ins agency. Having moved from Texas I have been dreading the whole vehicle transfer to NJ process. The insurance part was made easy and the rates were competitive or lower than what I was paying in cheap Texas.
Had issues with the insurance corporate side and Rob Gleasons office of snakefarm insurance agents. Sold my car to Kindle and got a new car. Been paying for a car we no longer had for 4 months, Gleasons office completely duped us... had another car that was supposedly "insured" that never made it on our declaration packet. They have the audacity to hit us with chargeback fees on a car that wasn't on the declaration pages or on any paperwork we have. As of about 2 weeks ago they "fixed it" right before Christmas. Almost a thousand bucks from 450 a month. Nice guy got our family a Christmas present thanks Rob. Hope you get yours pal.
Kritine Collins was very professional, helpful and easy to work with. The coverage we now have with her is superior and less expensive than our prior car insurance. Dealing with her was a wonderful exoerience.
