The day before Thanksgiving, he returned a call to my daughter Brianna late in the day after she told him she might be buying a car on Thanksgiving and would need insurance right away. She was purchasing the car in Chicago, Illinois and needed coverage to safely get back home to Springfield, Missouri. Dalton took the time to walk her through several options to insure two cars, and he found an excellent deal that fit her needs perfectly. Even more impressive, Dalton called her on Thanksgiving Day and completed all the remaining details after she purchased the car. Very good customer service from Dalton. He’s friendly, did not bat an eye when he found out I’m married to a man, and seems knowledgeable. We used to be customers years ago before signing up again recently. We received a call out of the blue, from Dalton, asking if we would give him a chance to save us money. We did, and he did. To the tune of about $100 a month for the same exact services and coverages that we were getting from our previous provider. The only reason for the four stars and not five is out of Daltons control and from years past anyway.
