This office USE TO provide a good service for anyone that has insurance needs. (was with them for probably 10 years at least) This is "NOT" the case anymore. Usually I don't like saying anything unless I have something good to say. But in all fairness I had to call it like it is with this situation. Not sure if Clyde Johnston has to much on his plate with all the hats he wears in the Littleton area or what is going on there at Roanoke Valley Insurance of Littleton. If you have ANY insurance needs do yourself a favor and steer clear of the Littleton branch of Roanoke Valley Insurance as there are many other options available that will clearly offer better customer support.
