Ro Rabozzi - State Farm Insurance Agent

I highly recommend State Farm agent Ro Robozzi. She is always helpful, professional, and truly takes the time to know her clients personally. She knows me by name and even knows my daughter, who also gets her insurance through her office. I really appreciate the small-town, neighborly feel every time I call. It never feels like I’m just another policy number. If she’s not available right away, she always makes a point to call me back promptly. Her staff is always friendly and eager to help as well, which makes every interaction pleasant and easy. Ro and her team consistently go above and beyond, and I’m grateful to have her as my agent.

Maria is literally amazing! Her customer service is exceptional! Very knowledgeable and straight forward! She was very nice and welcoming and extremely helpful! I had a bunch of questions and she answered every single one in the kindest way! You can tell she is proud of her job and she knows what she’s talking about. I’m sure she’s THE best in her position! Nowadays, it’s so hard to find nice people I’m so glad I got to speak to such a lovely representative! She deserves recognition and a raise haha 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent :)
