RJ Collins - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently purchased a new property and decided it was time to shop for insurance because the rates I was paying had increased dramatically. Three insurance agents worked on insuring my autos, umbrella policy, and properties, one of which is a ranch. Two of the agents were in the DFW area and highly reputable, but the agency who worked the quickest, followed up the best, and went out to the ranch to determine what coverages were needed was RJ Collins, State Farm agency. Kathy was exceptional with getting me quotes quickly, handling any and all questions promptly. RJ came out to the ranch and was very knowledgeable about ranch insurance and what was needed. State Farm’s quotes were also lower than the other “independent” agencies. I would heartily recommend RJ Collins agency!

Best experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. RJ and Kathy were a pleasure to speak with and extremely helpful explaining everything to me when I had so many questions. To top that, Kathy went out of her way to complete my insurance plan at the end of the day, with only a few hours notice as I was in a last minute moving situation. They really care about their clients here!

We have been waiting th State Farm for several years and always had great service. Unfortunately we are having to change companies due to the increases and had to find a company more affordable. I just pray they are as good to us as R. J. Collins and his employees. Thank you for always being there for us!!!

Kim did an awesome job saving us some money. She was friendly, courteous, and worked very quickly when we were within a few days of needing coverage. I would recommend her to anyone that has insurance needs.
