To the girl who works at desk number 6 on 12/15/2025 between 8am-12pm. Sorry you couldn't be bothered to actually do your job. Instead you were more interested in talking about other customers under your breath, discussing holiday plans with your co workers, then couldn't be bothered give me proper paperwork or answer questions. Had me call the bank but when they didnt answer immediately told me to move on because you had other people to help. Forcing me to GET BACK in the non appointment line (I got here early to avoid all the lines). I had to wait an additional hour in that line and then another hour for my number to be called for someone else to do your job all because you couldn't.

This place is my go to. I'm in Perris, so it's the closest to go to. Definitely, get an appointment. Walk-ins are ok, but it's hit and miss. You may not get an appointment as soon as you need it, so they may send you to Redlands for a sooner appointment. Most appointments are about 3 months out. Renewals for registration is not done there anymore. The only ones done are-DL or Real-ID, New vehicle transfer, Vin or Vessel registration that needs a Verification from CHP. Otherwise, do your registration online. Or if you have AAA, you can go for free.

If you lake to waste your time and over charge you, receive bad attitude? this is the right place to go, I was here to transfer a vehicle and a trailer 5 hours later they told that is too late to do trailer verification and And he said I owed 6 years of registration fees even though I was showing him the proof, and he said the proof was fake, error after error the list of errors is long, Then 20 minutes later, he said, "Oh, it's my mistake, but you have to come back another day because it's too late now." I went back the next day, and the errors were still there—the address was wrong—and it took another 4 hours. A total of 9 hours and 2 days wasted. The manager is the worst costumer service.

Been coming here for years never had a problem with anyone until today 12/12/25 1:53pm with the blonde lady at the front giving out #s! Im disabled and recovering from an accident 2 years ago and been going through surgeries and therapy i went to the disabled / handicap line since the last time I was here I had a gentleman tell me you don't need to wait in the regular line you're disabled which is exactly what I did, then the lady asked me to do you have an appointment I said no she's said the line is over there sir and I told her even to renew a handicap placard and she said in a loud voice with an attitude you didn't tell me you were disabled and I thought to myself so I have to look disabled for you to know I'm disabled isn't that why there's a separate line for handicapped just cuz I'

Customer service should include basic understanding and respect. Not everyone who comes in feels comfortable handling things alone, and a little kindness goes a long way. The experience felt cold and unwelcoming.
