Ricky Muraoka: Allstate Insurance

I've had to rely on Allstate in the first year of owning my home more than I would like. However, they do a great job listening to me, addressing my concerns and making sure that the claim is handled quickly and completely.

Ricky has been awesome! He's very knowledgable and experienced. We trust him with all our Insurance needs. I would highly recommend anyone to use Ricky! He's the BEST!

I was in the process of trying to buy a car, when I found out they wouldn't give it to me, because my current insurance was listed under my parent's policy. Ricky and Dee came through for me thoroughly and efficiently with a great new policy of my own. Friendly customer service, and great explanations of my details while also trying to get me the best policy. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would. I inquired about Ricky being my insurance agent because I signed up for a policy online and I didn't want to keep going through the mainline of All State just to get information. Anyways, I called their office and the lady who answered was very rude. As a person who doesn't know how it would work if I switched from online to an agent the associate who answered the phone was no help and was really rude for no reason. Instead of educating me and sharing any helpful information- she snapped and said, "I JUST SAID I WILL TRYYYYYYY" very rude. I would look elsewhere
