Rick Wertz - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently talked to a neighbor that is insured by this agency. She is a 93 year old widowed woman, whose claim has been denied by State Farm. And this agency will not help her. Unfortunately, this agent works for State Farm and not for their customers. Beware of the consequences of working with this agency. I feel so sad that they are taking advantage of her age.

I have had Rick as an agent since I got my license - my mother's policy is with him and I spun off onto my own once I was old enough. I have never had a bad experience and Rick has done small, personal things such as sending cards at the holidays that make you feel he cares about customers individually. Even though I don't live in Cincinnati anymore, I have kept my policy with this office because I know they do good work. Recently I totaled my car and when I needed to replace the vehicle on my policy, was unable to do so through the State Farm app. I was worried about driving around without the new car on my policy while the change was pending, so I talked to Kiersten at this office and she assured me that I would be covered anyway. These people are literally amazing! I was literally in line at the BMV trying to get my license in order while on the phone with Tina Decker. She went way above and beyond and helped me every step of the way. She is amazing. I will never in my life give another insurance agent my money besides Tina Decker.

The staff at this agency is so incredibly professional, fast, and friendly. Anytime I have a question they answer it within minutes. They are extremely responsive by phone and email.
