Great customer service on my auto and renters Insurance!
Run as fast as you can from this company. I haven’t had the same car insurance bill in 7 months. They keep hiking the rates and have no explanation despite no changes on my part. It got up to $527 for 3 cars! Called gieco and I’m down to $231. I don’t know what happened to Statefarm but they have lost their minds with their current prices.
While getting new insurance policies, of course I had many questions and concerns. It can be overwhelming sometimes. They were so accommodating and did not hesitate to help me in any way I needed! I received great rates as well!
