Rick Johns - State Farm Insurance Agent

My experience at Rick Johns State Farm Insurance Agency was less than pleasant, for I found him to be unhelpful, ignorant, and quite daft. With hope this review helps even one person save their time and find elsewhere to purchase their insurance, I hope Rick Johns gets his business in order, for every question I had, he gave the air of being too good for my questions, as though I was wrong for asking my possible insurance agent a simple question or two.

We’ve had State Farm since about 1990 in Wills Point. This office has consistently met our needs in every way possible. We call the office and they are quick to respond with whatever we might need! Rick Johns even came out to our home and helped with home owners insurance when we weren’t even in Wills Point. We’ve been through the Sewell’s, our Amazing Carolyn, and now our Wonderful Bobbie always answers our question and sets us up with exactly what we need! I can’t praise this office enough. Thank you State Farm Wills Point!!

State Farm is pathetic. Their insured ran a stop sign and t-boned me, totalling my car. It took 8 weeks and 1 day to get a pitiful little settlement from them. At 1st they said the wreck was my fault, then they towed my car from Fullers in Canton, TX to Dallas without my permission and left it there for 6 days. They had my permission to take it 3 miles to the collision center for an estimate. The ordeal went on and on. And yes, the insured uses the Wills Point office. This person shouldn't even be insurable.

I was having problems with my Expedition to get fixed. I have State Farm Insurance. Very amazing workers. Rick John had my side the whole time I was fighting my car to get fixed. Without the help of Rick John I wouldn't have made it this far. I highly recommend State Farm who needs insurance. Thank you again Rick John for going out of your way to help me
