State Farm has always been amazing to work with! Any time I need anything someone at Rick's office is always available! Jeff is extremely helpful as I often have items adjusted for life insurance and multiple cars. I highly recommend them!

Our family has had our home, auto and life insurance with Rick for around twenty years. We've had questions regarding fender benders, windshield repair, and changes to our life insurance policies. Rick reached out to us with the more recent changes to CA's home and wildfire coverage. His office staff is always courteous and helpful. They were also able to assist us in getting a event insurance for a celebration of life and walk us through the changes in policy after the loss of our family member. It's great to have people who are part of our community be there for our questions and also be empathetic to the changes in our lives.

IF you are looking for an Agent and Office Team that will listen and follow through, then this is where you need to be. If something comes up that I need to change or fine tune on my Life policies, I know I can reach out to them and they will handle right away. When I left the State Farm agent in the Valley (I still live here) I checked out those in Paso Robles and landed on this office. The team reflects the Agent where ever you go, this is a good Agent and it is definitely reflected in the team. I use to tell my old agent, everything rises and falls on leadership, he just didn't get it...it is obvious with Rick that a he does. ALL 8 Life Policies are with them as well as my Personal Articles. They take very good care of me. They will you too.

Called the office in a bit of a panic hoping to get help with adding my car to a plan to retain coverage. Jeffrey Glover went above and beyond and was able to help me get it added and registered way faster than I expected, especially given that it's Friday and a holiday. Excellent service and excellent staff: will definitely ask for Jeff whenever I need to update my car info!

I have had my auto and homeowners insurance with Rick for 7 years and I recommend him highly! He explains insurance and insurance options in understandable terms and I rely on him to keep me properly insured not over or under, but what is appropriate for my circumstances. I also receive quick responses from him and his office if I have a question or need something. Rick and his team the best!
