Been with Rick for 5 yrs or so and he is always upbeat and kind. Great customer service!
I have been with State Farm, specifically Rick and his team since 16. I've had some unfortunate things happen. While I hear horror stories of other companies, they remedied my claims very fast and without hassle. They call back pretty quick if they aren't able to get to the phone when I do call. The only draw so far which is small is that they close at 430 and not 500 like most SF places.
