I have been a customer at this office for many years. The service has always been excellent. Recently my wife was in an auto accident which sent her to the hospital for four days and the billing was complicated. Rich and his staff were great. Took care of everything. Ditto the people at State Farm headquarters. I highly recommended State Farm insurance, and this office in particular.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY!! I have been with State Farm for almost 4 years and everything was well until I got a new car. After getting this car and adding it to my policy, I have had nothing but problems. For over a year I have been getting over charged for payments, the company was adding and removing my current car and old car (that I no longer have), received random unjustified payments, frequent adjustments to my account that we’re unjustified as well, many phone calls with corporate that went no where, was constantly undermined when I stated my concerns, I had to make phone calls EVERY MONTH because the company LACKED responding to my calls or following up with me and they unjustly removed all of my discounts that I had had for 3 years now. Dong was great. I was able to get better coverage for less than 1/2 of what I was paying with a different company. The entire process took less than 15 mins. I have already referred a friend and plan to refer more.
