Rhonda is the best!!! I accidentally called the wrong office, in the wrong state for information, and she stopped her day to help me. Rhonda knew I was not her policy holder and not in her state but talked with me at length about getting the best rate for my daughter in college. Rhonda values people and is friendly, informative, and fun to talk to. If I lived in Louisville Mississippi she'd be my agent.
Petty, unprofessional. Will help you on your policies as long as it benefits her. The minute you have to cancel one policy she's going to jack up your rates on the other. Bad business. Neglects messages and phone calls but expects you to respond immediately.
For over 25 years, Rhonda Rogers has given me excellent service with her knowledge of insurance, her fast response time, and her sweet personality. She goes above and beyond to provide the best service to her customers!
