Resurgens Risk Management

About two years ago, my husband and I posted about the loathsomeness taking place in one of our friend’s and a few acquaintances buildings in Atlanta. The building’s board is overrun by investors who seek to forcibly remove ALL of the homeowners from the building through excessive fines, assessments and monthly mortgage like association dues at thirteen hundred dollars a month. There is a great deal of information about what the building’s board is doing to the owners. Even more pathetic, the city is doing nothing to aid the owners? This information, not misinformation but is in the news and lawsuits that the board claims is all because of a small group. We spoke with a couple of people that were forced out by the board and they are so traumatized, my husband had to depart the room. There

I’m too lazy to shop around and have used them for years for a property in Atlanta. You can NEVER get a hold of them. They NEVER provide the annual paperwork to the mortgage company and I need to chase them down. I’m a reasonable person, but I do not recommend them.

The customer service and follow through are horrible. We can't get our broker to even return our calls.
