Residential Warranty Company LLC

I reached out to RWC for the hope of inspecting the crack in my ceiling for structure concern. However the representative asked me to tear down the ceiling so their engineers can see through the inside structures. The repair will be on my own cost if no issue with the structure. Seems like DR. Horton would always work with RWC.

Jen Marsh is wildly rude and unpleasant. Reply: How is this bullying? This is my experience with your terrible company. You guys are childish and silly. It is not bullying or harassment to say that somebody who asked me if I had any "smart questions" when they tried describing to me that you guys don't cover anything is rude. It's a fact. You guys are rude and unpleasant and deserve 2.3 stars. Do better at your job and stop scamming people. Also 59/90 reviews are one star. Do you guys think you're doing well?

I’m having a terrible time with RWC right now. I have a foundation claim open with them. My builder was DR Horton. They’ve had so many people come out to my house to look at my foundation issues running test after test. Then finally, a foundation company comes out to survey my home and review repair options with me, which was fine. However, I have yet to receive a copy of my estimate as well as other relevant documents to have the repairs completed. Upon calling and requesting these documents after approximately 45 days of waiting, I’ve been advised of a $500 service fee which has to be paid before they will issue the check for my repairs. I was never notified of any service fee upon beginning this claim. I’m beginning to believe this company as a joke. Their customer service is terrible.

This company deserves ZERO stars but I had to check a star to get it to post. Customer service is rude. The waiting time on hold is excessive. After one of their technicians no-showed twice for service repair call for my washer and dryer(I took off work for that; he told me he was on vacation and didn't have time to do the work) they told me they would cover another contractor. After the work was done and paid for they denied all of it for both the washer and dryer, with excuses like "the work was maintenance work" (replacing leaking washer shock absorbers; removing faulty exhaust tubing for the dryer that was not allowing it to dry). I have sent them 3 written explanations from the technician on his letterhead yet RWS is still insisting there is no explanation and they need it on lette

The builder mark roshanski from American dream properties provided us 8 yr warranty. The company that he uses is Residential warranty company LLC. Had an horrible experience with with builder and Jennifer Marsh from this Residential warranty company. She basically works for Mark roshanski. I had filed a claim. The builder promised to come and complete all the work but did only few items and claimed that they addressed everything. The warranty company believed the builder's lie. They didn't believe us even though we send pics and videos of all the defects that were not taken care of. They are the builder's maid/puppets.
