Finally, an insurance agency that truly cares! We've worked with Gary and his team for years now. They help us with personal and business issues. Running an acupuncture clinic takes a lot work. The Remland team goes above and beyond to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Unfortunately, Gary Remland at Remland Insurance is an email spammer. After four courteous requests in the last few months to remove me from his database, Gary continues to send me unwanted commercial solicitations. I hate criticizing a local business, but nobody likes a spammer.

Used to be good service but now anytime i call they tell me by to call mercury, i asked them if i should just call mercury for everything and the girl said oh actually how can i help you. And at the end of the call i asked a review of what she just did and she said she couldnt look at it and i would have to call mercury for the updates. ...she just did them!!! Needs better workers who want to fix a problem.
