We LOVE & Appreciate Wes and his care & guidance over the last 5 years. Why would anyone try to navigate Medicare without his expertise? Wes went above and beyond the call of duty after we moved from CA to CO and had a bad accident in route. He guided us on 'best' options given our new location and life scenario. Very welcoming. It was an unusual day, the day the derecho storm hit Iowa. I was still allowed in (none of knew how bad the storm was going to be). Johanna was very welcoming and started to explain the policy I had come for. Then the lights went out. That didn't stop Johanna. She pulled out her phone for light and kept going, answering my questions. She has since followed up several email questions, always very helpful. Plus every year, in October, she helps us make sure we have the best prescription coverage at the best price available. She runs our prescriptions, one by one. She is amazing!
