Ive had them for years and theyve always taken care of my family. Mr. John Turner was my agent for many years and always did right by us. Since he retired Ive taken to paying at the office and the ladies there are always sweet and helpful. Ive always been pleased with how they've taken care of me and my family

This insurance company is super unorganized and not very unprofessional. My father had a policy from the 90's th. These people stop picking up paymemt and when I called I was toldcthe policy was worth $6 . I had been prepaying the policy every 3 months suddenly when my step mom is near 70 they just stop coming and then say the policy is worthless. Thos is a dirty company. Them just take peons money and don't pay. I know aot of elderly people who have said they will just stop picking up payments ridiculous in this day to not have automatic payments

Worst insurance please beware. This company is a waste of time if your looking to cover your family the insurance agents are completely clueless about the coverage they are suppose to offer and they always have personal issues that keep them from conducting business properly. I've been with this company for 10yrs I can't wait to pay my policies off. I have had so many reps it's not funny and the District manager for this location is Ely Grant who doesn't have a care or concern about the people the company he works for cover. I have to do my own bookkeeping with this company they are always misplacing funds and the District manager is the worst but his employees are a representation of him so you can imagine worst to uncomfortably awful. Please beware of this insurance company.

Not very Respectful of House Cost Roof Damages Claim.. My mom have been a paying customer to this Insurance Company for over 40 years and yet in placing a Roof Damage claim (2021) they offer a Very Insulting cost claim results.. and It appears that they even want the customer to pay and they "de-duct" the cost of labor from (among other cost) off their offer of claim from the customer before the work is even done.. As stated, She has been with this company for a lot of years and if they treat long time paying customer this way, It make you wonder how they will treat a "New Customer... This customer is "Very Disappointed" and ask if as if this is a good House Insurance Company... I'D SAY, Take your business elsewhere...
