Horrible customer service. Ryan Nichols and any and all of his staff have NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. No one EVER answers the phone. Tells you to go to their website. I tried that. The only 2 email addresses I have ever had are not registered there. Imagine that! I filed a complaint with the department of insurance. And with Hartford. I DO NOT recommend this place for anything!

I have had my insurance with Reliable Insurance for only a few months now; when i got a quote is was simple, easy and fast. In and out with a policy in minutes. The staff there are very lovely and always are attentive to what is going on when I call in. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a honest company that knows how to get stuff done.

Because someone did not complete their job, I ended up paying the price. In trying to back date a cancellation 60 days, Reliable ended up with me having double coverage (illegal...) and double payments. After a dozen or more phone calls, no one owned up to the mistake, no one offered to make it right. After being with this company for 15+ years, I was surprised that absolutely no one responded to the situation they created nor did anyone respond to emails. When presented with the issues I was facing, I was told since I "no longer had a policy", they would not help rectify the problem. Reliable is interested in what Reliable can get in their pocket. They are not interested in customer service or resolving problems they create.

If there were negative stars, I would choose that. This company is a scam. Do not do any business with them. I have cancelled my account and they are still charging me every month. They will not answer phone calls, messages or emails. I have contacted the BBB about them as well.
