Cigna does not pay their claims. I went to my psychiatrist in September and had to pay $130 out of pocket because Cigna denied a claim from April. They said my doctor was not in network and we I appealed they said the doctor was in network so the claim should not have been denied. Now they paid my psychiatrist office and I have to wait three months to get reimbursed. I’m on a limited income and I couldn’t buy food to eat and now I can’t buy Christmas presents. Do not get Cigna for any kind of insurance!!!
