If I could give zero starts I would. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I had the unpleasant chance of dealing with “Lorena”, and I’ve never been spoken to with such a dismissive and condescending attitude by someone in customer service. Insurance can already be confusing, and instead of helping me understand, she acted like my questions were an inconvenience. Every time I asked for clarification, she sighed, talked over me, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I left the conversation more confused than before—and definitely disrespected. If this company can’t train their staff to treat customers with patience and professionalism, I’d seriously question how they handle anything else. Dealing with insurance shouldn’t make you feel small or stupid, but
