This place is complete garbage. Donna does not know how to use a phone does not know how to communicate with a customers. Leave them hanging for months on end. Has them lose opportunities for saving money to bundle with other properties that are being bought. I do not recommend this company. I definitely do not recommend Donna. She is the type of employee that should be Fired immediately due to not knowing how to do their job.

Just wanted to recognize Paula Cagna for all her hard work! I have been a long time customer of SIG and was introduced to Paula last year.. she has gone above and beyond. She has been so helpful since our first conversation, any questions I have she finds answers and makes me feel 100 percent secure in the insurance we’re getting!! I would recommend her to anyone!

Wendy Ortiz has been fantastic in helping me with my insurance needs over the years. Most recently she secured me two policies to cover my renting out of one of home homes. She is always highly responsive and goes the extra mile to determine the coverages that best suit my needs. My thanks to Wendy and the SIG team for yet another job well done.

I called Karen and Cindy 3 times to have a auto removed from my policy. I sold the car on August 28 and still have not heard back from him yet. They never returned any calls so I had called them for the last time only to have Karen tell me she didn’t have my phone number. What a complete lie. I’ve been with this company for 12 years. I’ve had other issues with them as well. They still have not sent my 500 dollar deductible from an accident my son had 9 months ago, and I do have full coverage insurance. I’ve called several times about that to get the run around again and again. Then Karen proceeded to tell me that they don’t bind insurance in Maine. I’ve lived in Maine for over 20 years and have had them for my auto policy for the last 12 years. Trust me when I tell you find another agent b
