About 2 weeks ago my mother, Mrs. Shepard had the pleasure of being serviced by Ashley Barnes. Ashley was very professional and provided exemplary customer service she was very patient & kind she shared all necessary information needed. Not only was she patient but she made sure my mother had a complete understanding of home owners insurance. Her entire demeanor was very friendly & welcoming her over all assistance exceeded my mother's expectations.

I called Nationwide on 11-8-24 of whom I have auto insurance with to check if I could get my mobile home insurance with them also. I was in a shocking state of mind because American Modern Insurance had cancelled our insurance without any notice since June 2024. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley Barnes who was so helpful and put my mind at ease. I could not have asked for better service than I received from her. She was so patient, understanding, kind and had me set up on a policy with Foremost Insurance within 15 to 20 minutes! I felt a relief immediately as she solved my issue so efficiently. I highly recommend this company!! If there were more people in the world like Ashley Barnes it would be absolutely amazing! Thank you Ashley, you're the BEST!!
