Regina Hart - State Farm Insurance Agent

This agent is not very warm and friendly. Her approach/ demeanor is "matter of fact" and honestly I don't feel she really cares for her clients, it seems this is just a "job" for her to make ends meet! She's not engaging, nothing feels personable with her. She will answer your questions but will not go above and beyond for you. She is quick to direct you elsewhere, rather than her leaning in and providing you with support as needed. If you want a personal touch, and or an engaged agent, Regina is not the agent to go to! I like state farm and will not leave however I am choosing another agent!

Regina is an absolute rock star. However, the company she represents is horrible. State Farm dropped the customer service ball so many times in my claim I was absolutely a mess. Regina tried hard to help, but State Farm just kept screwing up. Multiple calls from both myself and my mechanic. Treated so horrible and dismissed by the claims department. Without my vehicle for more than two weeks due to their lack of care.

Buyer beware!! I would not recommend this agent for ANY of your insurance needs. This agent does not work for you and her only interest is that your policy is in her office so she can line her pockets with the commission from those policies under her. We have been loyal and long time family members of State Farm for over 40+ years! This agent not only has no regard for her clients, she does not go to bat for you if you have an issue. My father filed a claim due to roof damage to his home during that last severe storm that blew through Tucson. The claims department kept closing his claim without ANY communication except a letter. We had requested multiple calls, and finally reached Ms. Hart to assist in the process. Her form of assistance was facilitating a three way call. She never once in

Slow to respond. Never call to check whether my needs have changed. My previous agent do an annual assessment of my insurance needs as well as financial. I normally sense I am a bother to them when I call for questions. They don't care if we are involved in an accident. They just pass the buck to state farm claims. Rare to get a live person during their office hours. Does not come across as friendly. Standoffish.

The agent always focuses on the best interest of the client. Even if it means not making a sale.
