If I could give 10 stars, I would! Cristina has been absolutely impeccable with her customer service from day one. She helped me find the best possible rate and truly went above and beyond. What really impressed me was that she reached out at the end of last year on her own, showing that she genuinely keeps her customers in mind — not just when you’re signing up, but continuously. It’s rare to find someone who is always on the lookout for better deals, new discounts, and ways to save you money without you even having to ask. Cristina does all of that effortlessly. Reggie Belcher's amazing team have been working with me for about six years now. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They always respond to my calls and emails in a timely manner. Lately, I've been communicating with Betty. Her customer service is stellar.

Betty, along with everyone in that State Farm office are super! One can always count on genuine and personal attention with dedicated, professional service. Before I converted every policy to auto pay, to avoid any lapse in coverage, they never failed to send a friendly reminder that a premium was due. All claims have been addressed and processed expeditiously, to my satisfaction. Recently, there was an issue with a secured loan on a vehicle where the lender asserted, incorrectly, that I did not have the required insurance coverage. I simply called the office and Betty contacted the lender, immediately, to assure them, and confirm, that I did indeed have the coverage required by the terms of the loan.
