My experience with Regency Insurance Group was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding. Kevin, Victoria, Camille, & Alicia were so helpful, pleasant, & knowledgeable. They did everything for me, cancelling my old insurance & setting up my escrow with the new insurance with my mortgage company.. They do everything very efficiently. I have dealt with many insurance companies over the years, but Regency Insurance Group is the best. I highly recommend Regency Insurance Group whether you are getting insurance for the first time or for wanting to change your insurance company. She called me the next day to tell me she was able to get me a discount on my annual premium and she was sending me a new declaration page to show it. Danielle has been amazing to work with. Liars and spammers. They try to get new customers by sending spam emails claiming you previously requested a homeowners insurance quote from them. You did not. Definitely never even heard of them. But their “chief motivation officer” (lol, can you guess his age??) doesn’t mind using unethical tactics to grow their business. Is this who you want insuring your home?

I’ve been dealing with Regency for years now and they never updated my insurance. My husband’s been there for seven years now I wanna terminate the insurance and they’re asking me for a seven years death certificate. Their insurance went up three times the amount over $6000. The people there are not nice and you never get the same person every time you ask for the person you last Spoke To they always say they’re not available at the time but they can help you the worst insurance agency I’ve ever been through the service Tower Hill And other policies .
