Lynnea recently helped us resolve a 2 month old problem with our refinance mortgage company. This required her to contact four different sub-companies to get them to recognize we really had insurance on our house. She tracked them down and got the issue resolved. A few years ago hail ruined the roof on our house. Farm Bureau Insurance replaced the entire roof at a cost of $36,000 completely covered by them. This is a great company with great people.
