Our home has been insured through the Reagan Companies for over 25 years. They have always provided a quality valued-priced product and profession service. Three years ago, our home burned down. Reagan had a agent on the scene before the firemen had left and sucessfully and expertly helped us through the claims and reimbursement processes. We had virtually no issues receiving all claims submitted. We remain loyal customers and have moved our auto insurance to them as well.

Good luck filing a claim with this company deny deny deny... One of their customers hauling a unsafe load put a rock thru my windshield on dashcam! I sent them the video and they think they're gonna deny it and declare it as road hazard. They hope I'll just file through my insurance and take the hit lmao noooo I'll be filing a complaint with ny, better business bureau and consulting a lawyer.UPDATE: After speaking with my agent I was informed this company didn't have the right to decide not to file the claim & instead they made their own decision. They should of filed with the actual insurance company as I was attempting to do. So I went around them and filed it myself against the other drivers insurance.

Reagan has insured our home since it was built more than 5 years ago. They have always had amazing customer service, and very quick responses whenever we need anything at all. I would recommend them to anyone that is shopping for home/auto or any other insurance needs that they might have.
