Do not have anything to do with this company. I have been waiting for a removal damage claim to be paid for 4 weeks. I was informed I have not been paying for insurance it was a policy for replacement at secondhand value for perfect household contents! I would not pay thousands of pounds for something like this. Complicit with removal company who mid sold McCarthys Removals Leeds Go somewhere else and save yourself from being I’ll with stress

After over 20 years with this company. The staff was so rude on 1-9-25 I no longer will do any business with them. I went to geiko and got a better quote anyway. 20 years and they only cater to Spanish now. Take care me amigos...

After years of fantastic service with Robert we had to cancel all of our policies because the new owners staff is completely inept and rude. This company no longer provides a knowledgeable service, customer service has been 100% lost. When calling to inquire about rate increase for approximately 3 weeks of back and forth, Gloria advised me to call myself. Not until after my 3rd attempt at rectifying it with them she informs me she’s just the receptionist!! When I contacted them to cancel all of my policies, they attempted to give me the run around and make me jump through their hoops!! I released the phone call at that point. STAY CLEAR OF THESE YAHOOS!

My ceiling was damaged during the heavy storm, and the insurance company got these people out surveying, their estimate for the payout for the darmage ceiling and repaint is £400.00, yes, to redo the plaster and repaint.

Gloria Lara was absolutely just lovely to work with as was Caroline Cline! So glad we made the switch and saved a ton of $$$$!
