I have been a loyal customer for years, and my rates keep increasing. We drive less, no tickets, accidents, or anything. I have never received a call back from this company. Employees are rude, and do not care if they loose you as a customer, so that's exactly what happened.. was paying 159.09 a month, now I'm at 133.15 with a new company, with more vehicles. Thanks for taking my money progressive. You sure do know how to make customers feel like your taking advantage of them.
Very disappointed in the recommendation of Trexis Auto Insurance that didn’t pan out of the auto insurance companies they represent. Never seen such horrible service (Trexis) and it is adds insult to injury that communication isn’t so good with Skillman. Ask a question and they don’t know but will get back with you. Yeah… right, you’ll have to stay on them to get that answer if at all.
DO NOT USE these people Very rude manager who gets mad she has to do her job and actually doesn’t even kno what she’s doing And my insurance agent haven’t heard from him not once never answers emails Would give zero stars if I could The worse insurance group I’ve ever seen
