Rapid Auto Insurance and Tax

I have been a customer at this location (N. Pan Am Expwy) for more than 10+ years and I've found Mr. Christenberry and his staff to be both knowledgeable and professional. They have prepared my income tax every year in a timely manner and my refunds have arrived without any problems. I highly recommend their services.

I asked for a quote for insurance and he asked one question what's my age i said 21 and bro said 350 man didn't even ask what car, bad service get that man off the phone 💀

Went today to make a payment and the old man there is very very rude . Also think he needs to be on medication or didn’t take his medication. He yelled at me and said he couldn’t do my payment. I don’t know why he was so mad . He started pounding his hands on his desk and shouting real loud . He really needs to be admitted somewhere. His behavior was very scary and very ugly . And all I wanted to do was make a payment. I wasn’t even rude to him . Been a customer for years . And he has his days but I would blow it off. But today WOW!!! I’m very serious this old man has behavioral issues .I will never go back and I had referred my son and I’m going to tell him to go elsewhere .This happened months ago .I had misspelled a word and corrected it and now it has changed the date .

Astonishing how rude these men are. Women, if you are in need of help, please look elsewhere!!! I understand Covid changed the customer service industry/experience but it's mind boggling as to how this type of "next level rudeness" is tolerated. Rapid Tax, "You are a business. You signed up to help people!!! How you stay in business is beyond me."

I have had my taxes done here for several years now (at least 10 years) and I have never had any bad experience. He is always very polite and courteous and prompt in getting my taxes done.
