I would never use this insurance agency. I called and left a message several times over 2 weeks. Never got a return call. I left several emails also and never got a return. It has been 4 weeks now and haven't heard a word. I asked secretary when I called to give him a personal message and still haven't got a call back. If you haven't noticed my frustration you should ask me

Their customer service has gone downhill. My auto policy recently was up for renewal and I was unable to get ahold of anyone by phone or email. I wouldn't have expected that I would need to rely on the 1800 number of the insurance provider themselves for a basic inquiry.

Worst customer service ever, unable to talk to an agent. Passed back and forth from answering services between Rant and Citizens without getting help. I suggest you find an insurance company that values their clients rather than just collecting money.

Had a good experience working with them for our business insurance. Everything was streamlined and straightforward. They were quick to help with any questions and assistance with requested COI’s from our clients etc. Melissa was our go to. I would have stuck with them but it was not my decision to go elsewhere with our business insurance.
