I have been a loyal AllState customer for over 3 years, with both my property and auto insurance policies handled by your company. Recently, I moved my auto insurance to Progressive, as they were offering significantly more competitive pricing than AllState. On 11/11/24, I was informed that my current carrier would not be renewing my policy on its renewal date (03/18/25). AllState then provided me with an alternative offer through a different carrier, but the quote was quite high. I decided to shop around and requested additional quotes from AllState. However, I was told that nothing could be done until 30 days prior to the policy’s expiration. I trusted this information and waited patiently. We have our home insurance policy with Citizens set up through this agency. I have called several times within the last two weeks to try and update some information since I have an active claim open and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I’ve tried two different numbers, and each time I’ve been directed to the office voicemail box. I have left messages and have emailed the agent directly as well, but I haven’t heard anything back yet. Seriously regretting having chosen this agency.
