Absolutely LOVE Kristen in this office!!!! Would highly recommend and suggest having them oversee any of your insurance needs!! Over last 2 years or so she has always gone above and beyond to help me with any issues, questions, or policy changes I’ve needed. She’s always made sure to get me the best rates with the best coverage for both my rental and auto needs and has found any discounts she could apply. Anyone in the office is willing and very knowledgeable to help which is still appreciated too, she’s just my favorite<3

Rachel and her fellow agents were very welcoming upon my arrival to the office. When thinking of insurance policies, it can be overwhelming. I felt really comfortable talking with Rachel about all the policies. (Home, Auto, Life,) I learned so much and feel way more confident knowing what I’m paying for, security of my possessions. I walked out feeling reassured and with a new friend. Happy to be apart of The State Farm Family.

No customer service. 27 phone calls. And some of the strangest excuses. Completely messed up my life insurance. Given that feeling you're being feed some line. Rachel said she would definitely call me on Friday. She did not.

If there is an option to give 0 star I would select it. This is the worst state farm office in Toledo. I make my payments for them at once but two times they canceled my insurance after i made Mt payment in a month or so. The first time I did not knew about it till its time for renewal and they told me you don't have insurance with us it's canceled because there was 10$ dollar balance which is not. The second time they told me you called and asked to cancel this what one of the employee In the office told the agent but they never found the records of the call. Rachel rarely comes to the office and the lady in the front desk so rude and she does not know what she is doing . Keep away of this office I used to be their customer for about 4 years but I did not have the time to take Care of ch
