If I can give 20 stars, I would. Brad treated me like a king. Extremely kind and professional on the phone. Guy knows how to earn customers. And I believe customer service comes first for him before money. There is no doubt in my mind he will meet and exceed your expectations. At times I felt like my older brother was guiding me through the process. If you are looking for great insurance rates and most certainly unbeatable prices and awesome customer service, I highly recommend his firm.

R&A has been my insurance company for decades. Their staff is attentive and helpful whenever I call and they work hard to ensure that my family is protected properly. Over the years I have used them for personal, business, umbrella and farm policies. Definitely worth a call to get a quote.

Mr. Thomas helped me with a great rate and quote after Liberty Mutual tried to double my homeowners insurance. he was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful of my time and did not try to be sales-y or pushy when it came to coverage amounts, deductibles, or attempt to oversell me on things I was not interested in. would recommend 10/10 times.

shopping for a new auto insurance provider I contacted R & A insurance. I made initial contact though email. Tried to follow up with phone calls and leaving messages for agent.. Never got a call back.. I went with another local Erie provider that has given me personal service and a new auto policy.
