I am totally pleased with the relationship established with RM Bush & Co. Travis is my agent and has ALWAYS been helpful. Our relationship began with a fantastic rate for Homeowners insurance, then I switched to Auto. I needed bonds for a business that I started and he helped me with that as well. It continued with Liability, Workers Comp and so much more! I had been with another Insurance carrier for over 20 years. I wasn't getting good service from them, so I decided to shop around. The agent that I spoke to was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he was able to get me better coverage than I already had for far less money! I could not be more satisfied with this agency. Always friendly and thorough.

This is hands down the worst insurance group in Georgia. I’ve never dealt with people who could care less and yet work so well at manipulating the system. They don’t pay for claims and they don’t save you money. I was a State Farm customer for over 10 years and never had any issues. I even had multiple tickets and 3 wrecks with State Farm. I made the switch because the staff at Bush swore that Nationwide would save me over $250 per six months. This was lie number one. Within my first 90 days my insurance went UP $27 more per month. Even after they put a cheaper policy in writing and signed. They claimed it was because of the Savannah claim average went up. They said because ALL insurance companies were paying more claims, all people in Georgia were paying higher prices. This was lie numbe

do not use this agent. out policies were canceled without us knowing. after they had been paid!. call his office for help? we tried during the hurricane last fall and spoke to the agent who was extremely rattled due to all the calls, etc. he had to deal with because of hurricane damage. he actually hung up on us!!. an agent that cannot control himself and get a grip should not be in this business!. this agent is clearly "NOT ON YOUR SIDE!"...DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!

Been with Mitchell for my auto/life insurance for about 10 years now. I've shopped around but he seems to be able to get me the best rates and when things come up, they get done quick.
