RUDE employees! You guys actually work there…you’re not the “high end” customers. Bring the attitude down about 50 levels! Geez!

I was rear ended by one of Pure Insurance's insured. The insured fully admitted 100% of the fault. So began the long and painful dealings with Pure Insurance. They decided to total my car and then proceeded to give me an unfair value for my car. When they used the comps to value my car, they didn't even use comps that were the same type of car. When I presented comps of like cars, they threw them out for one reason or another. When I asked to speak to the claim handler's manager, they didn't let me. I got to deal with one person the whole time and she was extremely unhelpful. All she did was regurgitate the same mantra over and over. They also gave me no compensation for my time off from work for dealing with this issue. It was the worst car insurance experience I have ever had.
