PURE Insurance

I do not recommend Pure home insurance. It is Going on four to five weeks since we had our roof inspected and file a claim with Pure. We still haven’t heard anything from them about our claim for the roof. But they want to up the cost of our insurance.

I've paid a lot of money to PURE for 5 years and had never had to use my insurance until today. I needed my car towed and PURE roadside had me on the phone for 40 minutes and then told me it would be $140 to have my car towed 1.7 miles because they could not verify my coverage. The policy number from my current PURE auto ID card was provided to PURE roadside assistance. Very disappointing. I will be changing insurance companies for home, excess liability, auto and boat coverage as the inability to efficient or helpful service for something minor makes me wonder what would happen with a serious issue...

Always paid more for a PURE homeowner's policy because I had been (incorrectly) told they would be there with no issues when you needed them. While my family was up in CT for Christmas, squirrels got in and caused tens of thousands of dollars of damage to my home. PURE denied my claim because of a clause in my policy excluding rodent damage which, while disappointing, would have been an outcome I would have reluctantly accepted. HOWEVER, the squirrels accessed my home through previously undetected roof damage caused by an adjacent tree and therefore this should have been a roof claim with all subsequent losses, including those caused by squirrels, covered. Recommend you stay away from PURE. Absolutely not worth the extra money as, when push comes to shove, they won't be there any more for

These guys are fantastic. I had a garage fire and they were quick to respond and made sure that the contractors were covering all the points that need to be done. Our adjuster Mark was easy to get in touch with and he was very responsive to our needs, understanding hassles and emotional issues involved in such an incident. I am glad that I have PURE as an insurer.

Wreckless driver side swipes my vehicle and they drag their feet for a week and claim my photos are not proof enough to determine liability as their insured driver outright lied. Well now he has a law suit on his hands for his lie and the insurance companies lack of due diligence
