Prudential Retirement

Worst customer service imaginable. Forms which should be available online need to be mailed to you, resulting in long delays. Had my 401k transferred here and have now waited 4 weeks to open the self-directed brokerage account I was told would take minutes on the phone. There’s no direct number to call this department so you wait on hold forever to get transferred to that department and then talk to people who don’t know what they’re talking about and make promises they can’t keep. Seriously considering contacting an attorney to get this resolved.

Prudential customer service is bad. I am unable to set up 2-step verification for my Amdocs 401k account online and no operator could help me with it even after several phone calls. Nothing has changed after Empower took over Prudential a year back.

Horrible customer care does not describe it, because it does not exist in this company. Called to ask for instructions on how to roll an old 401K into my current 401K with Prudential. Spoke to 4 different people- each told me that they were in a wrong department and kept transferring me to someone, until finally disconnected. Waisted half an hour. Called again and I am on hold again after speaking to their automated response.

Company is terrible, my employer switched over to them for a retirement plan. They set up my account with the incorrect DOB and now I’m having a mile long amount of issues that they can’t fix. Prudential is T E R R I B L E! Waited on a phone for one hour to speak w a manager and the agent hung the phone up on me

Charged me 7 dollars just to change to my spare tire straight rip off wouldn't go there again if all my tires was flat
