Prudential Life Insurance

My Mom died on 11/28. I submitted the paperwork for an insurance claim in early December during the holidays. I went to the website and filled out all the online / direct deposit information. It's been over 3 weeks. I have not heard anything. No updates no response ... nothing. Given this is an Automatic Funds transfer this should not take this long. I have now been on hold for an hour trying to call your customer service number. This is the second time. The 1st time I just hung up. I noticed that the reviews of your services online are already dismal. It was bad enough having a death over the holidays. Having to deal with this company is a nightmare. Do not work with this company for your family’s well being.

It's going to take a month to get the death certificate it's going to take another 2 weeks to get paid for the life insurance policy these people can't seem to do anything to help me get this done faster
