Provident Protection Plus in Augusta, NJ cannot be trusted as your Insurance Agent period. They sell you a policy and their claim to fame is they are "good producers" aka for "salesmen" but they disappear quickly after you sign the contract and refuse to provide their duty to you when you need them the most. As a small business we had a horrible horrible overall experience with their CEO and staff, their customer service, their leadership, their knowledge and skill and their total lack of ethics and professionalism. They failed miserably in providing their fiduciary duty to their paying customers and we would never ever recommend anyone contract with them. Do not use this company!!! Scam plus! We have been paying for personal life insurance for 44 years for our daughter and have tried for over two years to cash it in to no avail. They have sent letters back stating no such address. We are beyond disappointed in their lack of service after being diligent for all these years to pay this policy. Fed up!

I have used this agency for my home insurance, auto and our RV insurance for many years. Tri-State provided excellent service! While shopping for auto insurance, I contacted a lot of online companies but they were all unable to answer any questions. I'm a careful shopper so I like to have the knowledge before I buy. I contacted Tri-State and the representative took the time to explain the coverages to me (which no one ever did before!). She made suggestions but gave me the info I needed to make a decision that fit me. I will never leave Tri-State as I feel they offer a valuable service that other agents don't.
